Rates & Rules

Rates: $150 per night/minimum 2 nights

Deposit of 25% is due at time of booking with the balance due 15 days prior to reservation dates. If booking within 15 days of reservation date the total rental balance will be due at time of reservation.

Payment is accepted through Paypal or Venmo

Max occupancy: 4

Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $75 pet fee

Check in time: 3:00pm

Check out time: 11:00am

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellations are allowed within 60 days of the reservation dates with a full refund of any deposit paid.

Any cancellations made 30-60 days of the reservation dates will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Any cancellations made within 15-30 days of the reservation dates will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the reservation dates.
